IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

If you wish to make a booking within 24 hours of the departure time please give us a call  to book your seat.

Please Note: A minimum of 2 adult fares are required for the cruise to operate. If you are booking for 1 person please continue to book & we will contact you to either confirm your booking or waitlist you.   Don’t forget to include a contact phone number & your email address.

Cancellation Terms

  •     More than 48 hours before booked departure time – No fee will be charged.
  •     48 hours to 24 hours before booked departure time – 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  •     Less than 24 hours before booked departure time & No Show at time of departure – 100% will be charged.

If the cruise is cancelled by Cruise Te Anau due to weather or lake conditions, or any other reason, then we will offer to transfer you to another suitable day or if that doesn’t suit then there will be no cancellation fee.

IMPORTANT

If you have a New Zealand mobile phone number please use that number in the booking form or if you only have your home country mobile phone, please advise in the additional information section if you can receive calls on whatsapp.
